Arash Ghadooshahy, Esq.
Arash Ghadooshahy is a founding partner of Kay Ghad LLP. Arash obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University, where he graduated in the top-third of his class and was on the Dean’s honor list. During his time in law school, Arash had the opportunity to gain hands on legal experience by interning for litigation focused law firms, media companies, and for Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Lippitt. Prior to law school, Arash was able to gain real estate development experience by working in a family business which focused on the acquisition, development and management of gas service stations across California.
After law school and prior to founding Kay Ghad LLP, Arash practiced real estate litigation at a hard-hitting award-winning boutique real estate law firm in Century City, and as in-house corporate counsel to the publicly traded global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK).
Arash is a Los Angeles native and in his spare time enjoys running, hiking, biking, traveling and visiting new Los Angeles area restaurants with his wife Lina.

Noah C. Kay, Esq.
Noah C. Kay is a founding partner of Kay Ghad LLP. Noah obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University, where he focused his studies on business & healthcare law. While pursuing his law degree Noah worked full-time as a junior executive for a nationwide healthcare operations management company, which required the responsibility for overseeing all matters affecting the company related to legal, acquisitions, and risk management. Prior to founding Kay Ghad LLP, Noah clerked at a prestigious boutique healthcare transactional law firm in Century City and as an in-house attorney at a privately held investment firm.
Noah is a Los Angeles native and in his spare time enjoys traveling, winemaking, and spending time with his two daughters and wife Deena.
